Medium & Long Term Placement

Struttons House offers both medium-term and long-term placements designed to provide stability, continuity, and care for children and young people with diverse needs. Our placements are more than accommodation. They are homes built on trust, compassion, and opportunity.

For medium-term placements, we focus on providing immediate stability and safety during transitions or family challenges. For long-term placements, our goal is to nurture consistent relationships, encourage independence, and prepare young people for the next stage of their journey, whether that is returning home, moving into semi-independent living, or pursuing education and work opportunities.

Every placement is tailored to the individual. We work closely with local authorities, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure that each child’s care plan reflects their personal goals, emotional needs, and aspirations. Our staff act as both caregivers and mentors, helping young people develop confidence, resilience, and self-belief.
